Salary

- Welder – 18,000 Rs Per Month
Overtime Bonus
- If you work more than 8 hours in a day, the company will pay you overtime for the time you work beyond your regular 8-hour shift.
- Overtime will be 2 time your hourly wage.
Attendance Bonus
- For Helper – 1,500 Rs for 26 Days ( If you work all 26 days in a month without taking any leave, you will receive an additional ₹1,500 on top of your regular salary)
- For Welder – 3,000 Rs For 26 Days ( If you work all 26 days in a month without taking any leave, you will receive an additional ₹3,000 on top of your regular salary )
Sunday Work Bonus
- If you work on Sunday also you will get 1.5 times of your daily pay extra in your salary.
Government Holiday Bonus
- If you work on Government Holiday also you will get 2 times of your daily pay extra in your salary.
- If you take leave on government holiday your daily pay will not be cut, it will be paid as usual to you.
Festival Bonus
- 1 Month Salary as Diwali Bonus
