Education Qualification & Age Limit ( Maximum Age)

Section Officer (Age 35)

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years as Assistant (Level 6) OR 8 years as UDC (Level 4) in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Institutions, or equivalent in private companies/banks (₹200 Crore+ turnover).
• Computer proficiency, noting, and drafting skills.

Private Secretary (Age 35)

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years as Personal Assistant OR 5 years as Stenographer in specified organizations.
• Stenography (English 120 wpm/Hindi 100 wpm), Typing (English 35 wpm/Hindi 30 wpm), Computer knowledge.

Security Officer (Age 35)

• Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years as Security Supervisor in Govt./Educational Institute/Private Organization (₹200 Crore+ turnover) OR JCO level/equivalent in Uniformed Service (10th pass/equivalent).
• Valid Driving License (LMV/Motorcycle).

Assistant (Age 35)

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years as UDC (Level 4) in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies, or equivalent in private companies/banks (₹200 Crore+ turnover).
